Drawing from over 15 years in healthcare, I have studied the human design from the outside in! After working as a biomedical engineer to understand the body's mechanical functions, I became interested in the mind, earning a PhD in public health specialising in mental health and addiction. These experiences first opened my eyes about the interconnected nature of the mind and body.

When I became frustrated by a lack of holistic solutions to my own health issues, I turned to Ayurveda and experienced transformative results within a short time. Inspired by this, I became a certified Ayurvedic Health Advisor and created my unique approach to holistic healthcare which merges the best of traditional medicine and modern science. I am dedicated to guiding others toward optimal health and longevity using the wisdom of natural, sustainable lifestyle practices.
